Restaurant Guys Chocolate: Shipping Policies (So You Get Great Chocolate and Not a Puddle in a Box)

Our chocolates are hand-made in very small batches and very perishable. We do not ship out immediately upon receiving an order. Your chocolates are always fresh and if we're low, we will ship out as soon as the next batch is made (at least weekly). We will advise you by email when your order ships.

We ship Fedex or U.S. Postal Service Express or we can also hold your chocolates for pick up at one of our two restaurants in New Brunswick, NJ. We will email you as soon as your order is processed to advise when the chocolates will be ready.

We ship Fedex Second Day Monday-Wednesday.
Today is Thursday. Orders placed today for delivery Two-day will be processed Monday.

We ship Fedex Overnight Monday-Thursday.

Saturday Deliveries can be arranged by telephone 732.828.5943 x213.

(This is a dedicated line at Stage Left Restaurant, which we own.)

Fedex doesn't deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Signature is required on all deliveries. Leaving a box of chocolate melting in the sun or freezing in the snow is a really bad idea.

If you elect to sign a signature release and the chocolate is delivered without a signature, we are not responsible for its condition.

If the destination city's temperature is more than 70 degrees, we strongly suggest Priority Overnight shipping. Check www.weather.com. If you choose second day shipping to a warm climate, the chocolates may melt and we cannot be responsible.

We know this is a lot to digest but our chocolates are delicate, fragile, perishable and extraordinary. We want them to get to you in one piece.
